  • You can book an appointment directly without seeing a GP or consultant first. If you’ve been referred by a doctor or another healthcare professional, you’re welcome to bring any notes or scan results. I’ll carry out a full assessment in your first session and tailor the treatment based on your goals, lifestyle and any existing medical information.

  • Your physiotherapy session starts with a detailed discussion about your history, symptoms, lifestyle and goals. This is followed by a physical assessment and testing to indentify areas of improvement. From there, we’ll create a tailored treatment plan which will include exercise-based rehab, hands on therapy and advice to support your recovery and long-term progress.

  • The number of sessions varies from person to person and depends on the nature of the condition or injury. Becoming pain-free is just one part of the process — staying pain-free and building long-term resilience is the next step. We encourage clients to commit to their full rehab plan to ensure a lasting recovery and reduce the risk of re-injury.
