  • Your personal training session begins with a focused chat about your lifestyle, goals, and training background. We’ll then carry out a physical assessment and any relevant testing to understand where you’re at. From there, we’ll build a structured plan tailored to help you progress confidently towards your health and fitness goals.

  • Personal training at MOVE 3D is delivered as a structured 12-week programme, giving you the time, consistency, and support needed to work hard and reach your goals. We offer three flexible options based on your availability and commitment level:

    GOLD - 3 sessions per week

    SILVER - 2 sessions per week

    BRONZE - 1 sesson per week
